All outside bookings are now required to provide their own insurance. Insurance must be obtained at least three days before the event, or your booking will be cancelled. For most groups, insurance coverage for a typical event is approximately $15. You can obtain event insurance from one of our local insurance providers, or you can obtain insurance online within minutes with DUUO Canada. Visit: https://duuo.ca/event-insurance/ and click on "Get Quote" to get a quote, but DO NOT purchase any insurance coverage until we confirm your event booking.
Living Hope Community Church (LHCC) has the ability to choose who may or may not use the facilities. Under no circumstances are any groups permitted to have alcohol or other substances on the premises of LHCC. The church does not charge any booking fee for use of the space. Therefore, we kindly ask each group to ensure a clean space at the end of your event. Donations via cash, cheque, or e-transfer are accepted if your group would wish to leave a thank-you gift. Your group understands that LHCC is only providing the space, and can not be held accountable for any injuries or accidents that take place during the time of our booking. As the event organizer, you take full responsibility for the health and safety of participants. All outside bookings are now required to provide their own insurance.
